Daycare Woes

Day three of daycare resulted in pink eye. Good grief. His poor little eye looked so sore yesterday when Christien brought him home. A quick trip to the walk-in clinic proved that it was, indeed pink eye. Which means no daycare, and momma had to stay home with him today.

Not only that but some kid bit him on the arm yesterday. He's got a big bite mark to show for it. Christien was too upset about it all when he picked him up, so he's going back there today, after school to talk to his teachers. I know that kids are kids, but I hope that some sort of discipline was enforced on the kid that bit him, and I hope that his parents were told about it too. Daycare is just a cesspool of germs. A friend's daughter got foot and mouth disease and another friend's son got the measles. Disgusting.
